working on my penguin animation right now trying to get the walk Cecil right. I don't this 2-d animation shits kinda driving me crazy. i much rather try to make a 3-d model (which i have in 3-d) an animate it like a doll. Rather having to do all this rodamentry stuff though im trying to push myself through it cause i know itll help the 3-d in the end which is what im really going for.

Worked on my animations they seem to be going smoothly. i will however have to rerember my flash book nexxt time cause i need to brush up on somethings. 3-d animation however is going really really well i feel and i am really excited to see how it all turns out but i seem to be getting the hang of it. I cant wait to start working with it in my major. I want to get a website up first though so i can post some of my work and be able to show others really quick too. all my classes seem to be working great together though.

Continuing with my character development. Seems to be going alright. I have an idea for a animation involving an old man and a penguin. Ive got them pretty much where i want them no ill just have to do a few more roughs then finalize then and draw them from every angle im going to be using in the animation.

George suggested that i first start working on character development and the branch out with my animation in flash from there. So for now I'm going to stick with drawing them and try to find some fun characters i can get really into and then work from there with the animations.

Just had class finished. Showed George my calander, didn't get a chance to but i have two hanging up in my space so hoefully he will see them. i guess i could always e-mail him cause i have to anyway about changing classes. I set up my space though and its kinda growing on me. I have no power though. (New Media without electricity... haha) We all got a pretty good laugh out of that. I guess ill just find an extention cord and run it from one of the other spots to my desk. Wireless seems to be running aat an alright speed im happy about that. Overall I existed to be here doing what im passionate about. I hope i can keep my shit together this semester. The studio space should really help though.. i hope..

I've decided to try out a 3-D animation class to work on developing the skill level i need to model. For now im just going to stick with working on flash and web design until i feel more comparable working in 3-D animation.

i would also like to make a website in which i could post and publish the work so i can have a stage in which to show my pieces.
